Note: International can and bottle sizes vary and may not fit in the same product as suggested for U.S. cans and bottles. Please contact us for support if you are unsure which BrüMate will fit your favorite beverage.

We recommend following the steps below to have the best chance possible to order your new BrüMate. Here is how to receive a notification for when your favorite product is back in stock:

  • Go to the product page

  • Click "Notify Me When Available"

  • Enter your email address

You will receive an email as soon as the inventory is back in stock. Our restocks go quick, so grab your Brü while you can!

Note: Restock notification emails go out in the order they are received in our system, so please don't sign up multiple times. This will reset your place in the queue. If the item goes out of stock again before you are able to make a purchase, you will need to sign up for alerts once more to be sure you are notified.

Yes! We've mastered the art of keeping your favorite beverages cold until the last drop, but we haven't forgotten about hot drinks! You can enjoy all of your favorite hot and cold beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, in your favorite BrüMate.

All of our products are made from stainless steel. The gaskets that create the suction effect do have some plastic and rubberized material. All items are latex and BPA free. 

We use powder coating for our solid colors, and high-quality paint for design & glitter finishes. All of our materials are Prop 65 compliant and go through rigorous testing to ensure safety.

No. Every BrüMate is made with stainless steel and should never be put in a microwave.

The circular ring inside the bottom of your Hopsulator is caused by the ring at the bottom of your can. No need to worry - This can be easily cleaned up by following our BrüMate Care Instructions and it will not cause rust so long as your Brü is properly cared for.

Each and every product is going to vary slightly - gaskets included! Some wiggle room for your can is normal and expected. The Push Lock Technology was designed to ensure that the can does not fall out while you drink. However, it is completely normal for it to slowly slide out if you turn the product upside down.

No - Our lids are designed to work without the gasket, so make sure you remove that before using your lid.

Yes, there are usually multiple exclusive releases throughout the year. These items are typically limited edition and may not be eligible for discounts. All exclusive prints will incur a small up charge, due to the premium manufacturing process.

Yes! BrüMates are available in hundreds of retail partners. Find a BrüMate retailer near you using the BrüMate Store Locator.

Please note that BrüMate does not have access to individual retailers' inventory levels. Therefore, we recommend calling the location nearest you before visiting in person if you are looking for a specific product or style. 

BrüMate discounts and BrüPoints are not eligible for purchases made outside of the BrüMate website.

How to Subscribe:

Texts: Please text “BRUCREW” to “66415”, and you’ll be subscribed for BrüMate text alerts!

Emails: A signup link can be found at the bottom right of our website.

How to Unsubscribe:

Texts: Text the word STOP to the phone number you received the message from and you will be unsubscribed!  

Emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of one of our emails.

If you are having any trouble, please feel free to contact us for support!

We recommend uploading an SVG file, but we also accept PDF, EPS, or AI files as alternatives. If you do not have any of these formats, we can accommodate PNG files, though SVG is highly preferred for the best results.

Please ensure the image meets the following specifications:

  • File Size: Your uploaded image cannot exceed 10MB, and it should have a minimum size of 1 inch x 1 inch at 300 pixels per inch.

  • Color & Style: The artwork should be 100% black on a white background with no grayscale.

  • Lines: The lines in your artwork should be thick and should not overlap with each other.
