Payment + Discounts

We are happy to offer several payment options. We accept most major credit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. AfterPay is also available for orders over $35.

Express payment methods are available at the beginning of the checkout process. All other options are available on the final “Payment” screen at checkout.

Note: If using an express payment method, please confirm the shipping address and email address connected to your payment method before placing your order. 

AfterPay orders must be over $35 after discounts and before taxes.

Changes cannot be made to your payment method after the purchase is completed. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible for available options.

As with most websites, we can only accept one form of payment. If you'd like to purchase a BrüMate gift card, this can be applied along with a credit card or one of our express payment methods.

Due to tax laws, we are required to collect and transmit sales tax to your state. 

Note: We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped to Alaska, Kansas, or New Mexico.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, you likely placed your order through one of our express payment methods - ShopPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay. Your order confirmation email is sent to the email associated with your express payment method.

If you are not able to locate your confirmation, please contact us and confirm your full name, email address, and shipping address. Our agents will be happy to locate your order information!

No. Only one discount code can be used per order. You can apply a BrüMate E-Gift Card and a discount code to the same order, but you cannot use multiple discount codes (or VIP codes) on one order.

If you are using a phone or tablet, the discount code field can be found on the final page of the checkout process. This will go back and apply the discount to your order.

If you are using a computer, you will have the option to enter this discount code once you start the checkout process. 

If you are using an Express Pay method (Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop) you will have a chance to enter on the final checkout page.

If you’re using our new mobile app, the code can be entered in the Cart before checkout.

Note: Only one discount code per order may be used. You can use a discount code with a BrüMate E-Gift Card number. Also, remember to double-check that you have entered the discount code correctly.

At this moment, we do not have the ability for an e-gift card to be sent to a recipient other than the email used to place the order.

Some items may be excluded from additional discounts, promotions, or discount codes. These items include:

  • Coolers (BrüTank, BackTap, MagPack, Paragon)

  • Product bundles (including gift sets)

  • Personalization charges

  • New / Influencer / Limited releases

  • Mystery boxes / Mystery items

  • Already discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Green Shipping Protection

  • Other select items
