We are happy to accept returns for domestic (USA) orders for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.

Additional return materials and packaging are not provided by BrüMate.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Returns over $500 may require an ID check. If an ID is not provided, or is provided and does not match the original name on the order the return may be refused. All returns must be received at our warehouse and verified by a BrüMate team member before a refund will be issued. We are not liable for returns that do not reach our warehouse for any reason, including but not limited to; lost mail, redirected mail or damaged mail.
Head to the BrüMate Returns Center to initiate your return within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
During the returns process, you will be given the option to refund to a gift card for store credit or refund to your original payment method. This option is provided per product, so you do not have to select the same refund method for all products within the same order. If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend selecting the option for store credit to avoid any refund delays to your original payment method.
Once you select the items you would like to return, you must select a return method.
We have partnered with Loop + Happy Returns to provide as many Return Bar locations near you as possible. If you do not have a Return Bar near you or you are returning a bulk item/order, you can choose to initiate a return via mail through a prepaid return label. Processing fees will apply for returns that are not sent back through a Return Bar.
You will receive a unique QR code via email to use at the Return Bar. For IOS users, this QR code can be saved to your Apple Wallet for convenient access when you're making the return. Once you select an in-person return with Happy Returns, the nearest Return Bar location(s) are presented, along with a link to locate other Return Bars depending on your preference.
Your QR code can be used at any Return Bar. Once you bring your items to your preferred Return Bar location, the Return Bar associate will scan your QR code to initiate your return and refund. You will receive your refund instantly after the return is initiated at the Return Bar.
You will need to download and print the provided return label. Once you have your label printed out, please attach it to your package and drop it off at the proper carrier location. When dropping off your return, you should receive a receipt from the carrier. Please keep the receipt for reference until your return has been processed and received at our warehouse in case your return is delayed in transit.
Processing fees will apply for returns that are not sent back through a Return Bar. Some items, including coolers and bulk purchases of 10+ items, are not eligible for Return Bar returns and must be sent back with a label. Once the return is shipped back, please allow 14 business days for the item(s) to be delivered and inspected at our warehouse. Your refund will be initiated once your return is inspected and processed at our warehouse.
We do not offer instant exchanges, but the returns process is exchange-friendly! If you'd like to exchange, we recommend choosing the store credit refund method. As soon as your return is shipped or dropped off at a Return Bar, you will be issued a credit to purchase the item you would like to exchange for on our website.
Some Return Bar locations also offer discounts through the Returns portal. The merchant can assist with these offers when you arrive with your return. These offers are not provided by BrüMate.
After you initiate your return online, you can change your return method by opening your return confirmation email and clicking “Change your selected return method.”
If you need to change your refund method, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Refunds to the original payment method typically take 3-5 business days for banks to process once we issue the refund. If you don't see your funds back on the original form of payment after 5 business days please feel free to contact your bank/credit institution for an update.

We are happy to offer gift exchanges! Don't worry, the person who gifted you the BrüMate will not know you exchanged it.
You can return your BrüMate in exchange for a gift card through the BrüMate Returns portal. In order to return your gift, locate the words "Received a gift?" and click "Start Here".
To return your gift, you will need to provide the original order number, shipping zip code, and your email address. We understand that you may not have all this information and our Customer Experience team is happy to help supply this information.*
Once you have set up your return, you'll receive the option to return to a Happy Return Bar location or use a provided return label to ship the return back to us. Return labels may incur processing fees.
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse or a Happy Return Bar location, you will receive a gift card to put towards a new order on our website. Enter the code during checkout, place your order, and your new BrüMate will be on its way!
Please note that purchases not made through our website are not eligible for return or exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you live outside of the United States, please contact us to help set up your return.
The team will provide instructions on where to send your package. Postage for International returns must be covered by the customer and exchanges for International orders are not available. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Hang onto your tracking number provided by the carrier. Once your return has been delivered back to the BrüMate warehouse it can take approximately 7 days before the return is processed and refunded.
You will receive an email as soon as our team has processed your refund. If it has been more than 14 business days, please contact us with your order number and a BrüGuru will be glad to assist.
All BrüMate products not purchased directly from the BrüMate website must be returned to the original retailer/place of purchase. At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for BrüMate products purchased from our retailers.
