We do - We believe in our products and their ability to give you the best drinking experience. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products. Check out the full BrüMate warranty and learn how to file a claim.

You can read the full BrüMate warranty before filing a claim. 

If you need to file a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information: 

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Product being returned

  • Reason for warranty claim

  • BrüMate order number - If your item was purchased through a retailer, please provide us with a photo of your receipt

  • Photo/video of warranty issue 

  • Shipping address

  • Some products are not eligible for warranty replacements. Please review the full BrüMate warranty before filing a claim. We offer a 60-day warranty on cosmetic/accessory damage.

  • If a replacement accessory will resolve the warranty claim, the claim will not be eligible for an entire replacement unit. Replacement accessories are mostly available in a universal color to match all compatible BrüMates. 

  • Some colors may not always be available, in which case a comparable replacement part or product would be offered.

  • The BrüMate Warranty covers product defects and does not cover accidental damage from misuse of the product.

  • Many claims can be resolved through troubleshooting. If this is the case, the claim will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Additional information may be required to complete a claim.
