You can track your order using our BrüMate shipment tracker or by clicking the link provided in your “Just shipped!” email.

You can also find your order information through your Account Page. If you do not have an account, register for a VIP Account.

Please Note: If your order has not shipped, information will not be available. Information will be updated after it has shipped. 

If you have an order that has not been updated and you purchased Green Shipping Protection, please file a claim through the Green Shipping Protection Claims Dashboard.

If you did not purchase package protection, please file a claim with the carrier. Protection must be added to your order for any issues during the shipping process to be covered. BrüMate is not held liable for any shipping carrier issues.

The shipping timeline estimate begins after your order is fulfilled by our facility. Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment and then the quoted time for shipping and delivery. Some orders may incur longer processing times.

If you live in the US, our economy shipping method usually takes 5-10 business days for your product to reach your doorstep. Expedited domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to reach your door once the order is fulfilled, but please note that carriers do NOT count weekend days in their quoted shipping estimates.

International timelines vary based on location and shipping method.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. outer lying islands may experience a lack of tracking updates until the package arrives to your state/island. When it does, the tracking will update and have more details regarding an estimated delivery date. These tracking delays are very common due to the shipment destination and should not affect your package's overall delivery.

In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please contact us ASAP for available options.

Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and shipping address. 

We encourage you to reach out to the carrier, however, many are not able to make these changes. 

If your order has been returned to us due to a shipping issue, please reach out to the email address above for assistance with a reshipment.

No, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please make sure you place a separate order for each shipping address.

We do! Free economy shipping is offered for orders being shipped within the contiguous U.S. (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the outer lying islands). To see if your order qualifies for free shipping add items to your cart and begin the checkout process.

The subtotal for your order needs to be over $90 USD after discounts and before taxes in order for the promotion to apply. This promotion always runs, so there's no need for free shipping codes.

Restrictions apply. Free shipping is not eligible for bulk or wholesale orders.

To check shipping rates and options in your area, head over to the checkout page. From there, you can enter your address to view available shipping rates and options.

For Alaska/Hawaii/Outlying Islands/APO addresses please note there is a flat fee based upon item number / weight:

  • Orders up to $75.00 USD are $20.00

  • Orders $75.00 - $150.00 USD are $30.00

  • Orders $150.00 - $198.00 USD are $40.00

We do! To confirm we are able to ship to your area, head over to the checkout page. From there, you can enter your address to view available shipping rates and options.

If we do not ship to your location, you can always have the order shipped to a freight-forwarder and then shipped to your final destination. We highly recommend setting up this service prior to making a purchase.

Please note: BrüMate does not cover any additional costs for shipping items through these services. Any items lost or damaged in transit by the freight-forwarder would also not be covered by BrüMate.

Please note that International orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive at your location, depending on your location and carrier or customs delays. International orders may have a customs delay (generally a week or less).

We offer Passport Priority Duties Paid Shipping at checkout for all International orders. With this shipping method, you will prepay duties and not have to worry about any surprise fees at the border from your local government.
