Verify your account via email.

Earning points is easy! Here's how:
Refer a Friend: Earn 1,000 points (that’s $10!) by referring us to your friends, loved ones, coworkers, etc. who have never purchased from BrüMate.
Birthdays: We want to celebrate you. Depending on your tier (up to a $25 gift) for your birthday!
Purchase a Brü: For every dollar spent, you’ll earn 5 points towards your next purchase!
Leave a Review: Love your purchase? Share how it’s made a difference in your day and earn points for doing so.
Tag Along on Socials: Did you know we have a VIP Facebook group? Joining our FB community group lends you the inside scoop on upcoming releases, an ability to connect with our founder, and is a great way to connect with others. Plus, following our Instagram earns you 50 points!
*NOTE:
Friend referrals must be a new customer, and they will need to place an order over $25 for the referral to be eligible for points.
Birthdays must be entered into your account the day before in order to automatically receive points.
- You can do this by locating Ways To Earn Points on the BrüMate Rewards page. If your birthday has not been entered, you can do so where it says Happy Birthday.
Shipping, taxes, and other fees are not eligible for points when placing an order.
Orders paid for with a gift card do not earn points.
You will receive a product review email once your order is delivered. Reviewing products through those emails is the only way to earn points in your account. All reviews made from the site will not be credited to your account.
You must follow our social media through the links on the BrüMate Rewards page while signed into your account to receive points.
1. Go to the BrüCrew Rewards page and sign in.
2. Locate your points balance at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down on the rewards page until you see Rewards You Can Redeem or Earn.
4. If you are eligible for a reward, you will be able to click Use this Reward. If you are not eligible, it will show Need More Points.
5. To redeem, click Use this Reward and Redeem.
6. Copy the code and add it at checkout to redeem your discount!
7. If you are not ready to redeem your code immediately, it will remain in your account history.
NOTE: Points can only be redeemed in certain increments from the Rewards page.
*NOTE: Customers may only redeem each Exclusive Product once per calendar year. Customers may only redeem two Exclusive Products per tier during a calendar year.
1. Go to the BrüCrew Rewards page and sign in.
2. Locate your points balance at the top of the page - You must have 1,000+ points and be in the Gold Tier or 2,500+ points and be in the Platinum Tier to be eligible to redeem an exclusive product in that tier.
3. Scroll down on the rewards page until you see Redeem Points For Product.
4. Click Use This Reward under the item you want to redeem, then click redeem.
5. The code should populate immediately and automatically add the item to your cart.
NOTE: If this does not happen, please do not redeem a second time. If the code does not populate immediately, please refresh the page.
6. If you remove the item from your cart, you'll need to scroll down on the rewards page to find your account history. Within the account history, you'll see the product name and a green approved status**.** Click approved and copy your code to automatically add the item back into your cart.
7. Add anything else you'd like to your order, then head to checkout!
NOTE: Orders that include pre-order items ship in full.

Our rewards program is broken into 4 tiers based on how much you spend a year, and vary with unique perks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
How do I increase my tier level and why would I want to do so?
Tier levels are affected by money spent on the BrüMate website or app through your account in the last 12 months. If you create an account, you will automatically be granted into the Bronze Tier.
Once you purchase $150+ on the site or app, you'll be eligible for the Silver Tier. The next tier is the Gold Tier, and you must spend $300+ to be eligible.
Our highest tier is the Platinum Tier and requires $500+ of purchases within the last 12 months to be eligible. This tier has special perks, including a 1-time free shipping code (you will receive this via email within 72 hours of becoming Platinum) and access to exclusive products!
Birthday points are also based on your tier, as shown in the graphic above.

How to earn 1,000 Reward Points:
Access your BrüMate Rewards account.
Scroll down to access your referral link.
Locate the
button & open.
Send the link to anyone who has not made a BrüMate purchase.
When your friend clicks on your referral link, they will be directed to a page on our website that requests their email address.
Once their email is entered, they will receive a 15% discount code (if they are a new customer)
Once they complete a purchase of $25 or more using the referral discount code, you will be credited 1,000 BrüPoints!
Points will be credited to your account after you place an order. They will show as “pending” during a grace period of 24 hours after you make your purchase. Should you wish to use your points during this pending period, please contact us for assistance.
Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity refers to customers who have yet to earn or redeem any points through a completed purchase You will be notified 30+ days in advance of your points expiring.
Yes, once you qualify for a tier, you will remain in that tier for 12 months unless you upgrade to a higher tier within the year. Once you upgrade your status, the 12-month time period restarts.
Once your friend completes their purchase of $25+ using your referral link, you will receive points from referring a friend. Refer-a-friend codes can only be used by new customers.
We offer redemptions starting at $5 up to $400 which can be redeemed from the rewards page or at checkout.
Points will be issued via email on your birthday. If you enter a birthday that has passed, you will receive points the following year. Birthdays must be entered into your account at least one day before the actual birthday in order to automatically receive points. You can do this by locating Ways To Earn Points on the BrüMate Rewards page. If your birthday has not been entered, you can do so where it says Happy Birthday.
Your one-time use Free Standard Shipping Code will be emailed to you within 72 hours of joining Platinum Tier. This is the only code that is not found on your rewards page - so keep this email and use this code to redeem for Free Standard Shipping in the U.S. This code expires after one year.
Points are provided for product reviews made through the post-purchase review email we send after your order is delivered. Points are only earned for reviews made through these emails on products you have personally purchased.
You can leave as many reviews as you would like! However, you will only receive points for 20 reviews per year. There is also a limit per order! You can only receive up to 600 points for reviews per order (max of 6 items/order).
The message above often occurs when the referring customer and the referred customer have the same IP address. While it is an effort to prevent customers from referring themselves, it is not failproof and unfortunately sometimes prevents legitimate referrals. In these cases, we recommend referring to someone who is not on the same wi-fi network as you. If you continue to see this message, please contact us for support!
