What qualifies as a bulk order?

• A quantity of 150 units or more is considered a bulk order. If you want to order less than 150 units, purchase your order on the website. If you need additional information, contact our support team at bulkorders@brumate.com.

What products are eligible for bulk discounts?

• Most products are eligible for a bulk discount. Coolers (BrüTank and BackTap), bundles, and other select items including already discounted items may not be eligible for bulk discounts. Contact our support team at bulkorders@brumate.com for more information.

Do bulk orders qualify for free shipping?

• Bulk orders are not eligible for free shipping. Bulk shipping rates are dependent on shipping location and order size. For a more accurate quote, fill out the Inquiry Form below.

Can I personalize a bulk order?

• We do not offer bulk Personalization orders larger than 150 units per order on the website. For information on custom logo bulk orders, reach out to custom@brumate.com.

How much time do you need to fulfill my order?

• Due to their larger size, bulk orders will incur longer fulfillment times than standard orders. For a more accurate timeframe, fill out the Inquiry Form below.

Can I resell items in my bulk order?

• BrüMate does not allow resale for any reason unless you are one of our approved retailers. If you would like to apply to be a retailer, please email us at  dealer@brumate.com and we will provide you with the steps required!

Can I return my bulk order?

• Yes, within 30 days from the order’s fulfillment date! All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Parcel Protection, final clearance items, Personalized items, and select items are non-returnable.
